“What a wonderful way to recognize our superb team of family law attorneys, paralegals, administrative assistants and support staff who have become part of our Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group family. It is affirming for all of us to see our positive workplace culture get so much attention and recognition. Everyone here contributes towards making Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group a great place to work,” our firm founder, Bari Weinberger, said in a statement.
First started in 2005, the Best Places to Work NJ program invites qualified companies from across the state to enter into a two-part process to determine the top 100 company workplaces in the state. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This phase was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This phase was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
The winning companies were recognized and honored during the NJBIZ Best Places to Work in New Jersey awards reception and ceremony on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the Hilton East Brunswick. We are excited to reveal that Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group was ranked 31 on the list of small/medium companies (15-249 employees).
