Mr. Kraft has mediated an array of divorce and family law cases, guiding both parties towards a final marital settlement agreement custom tailored to both of their needs.

Mr. Kraft’s passion for family law was ignited when his longtime clients, who had come to him for help with other legal issues in the past, started to seek his assistance in their family law matters. It was the strong positive effect that advocating for his clients had on their lives and the lives of their children that lead him to devote his practice to family law.

Mr. Kraft’s extensive background in the law includes working with clients who have small business and/or family business assets as well as handling thousands of real estate transactions. His experience with these common divorce assets uniquely qualifies him to negotiate for his clients from a position of strength. This knowledge is also vital in his mediation practice especially when dealing with complex business and real estate holdings.

Mr. Kraft is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and has volunteered as a panelist on the Early Settlement Panel of several different counties, including Middlesex, Morris and Warren. These panels are comprised of experienced matrimonial attorneys who assist the Court in settling cases.
