Sarah N. Goldenthal received her Juris Doctorate from City University of New York School of Law in 2010. While attending law school, Ms. Goldenthal was the recipient of the C. Bainbridge Smith Scholarship and the Kyle D. Jewell Memorial Fellowship as a result of her academic achievement and her commitment to legal work on behalf of children.
After Ms. Goldenthal's graduation from law school, she served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peter J. Melchionne, the Presiding Judge of the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Goldenthal was a Teach For America Corps Member and a teacher in the New York City Public School System. She has a Masters of Science in Teaching from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Boston University.
Ms. Goldenthal has successfully handled a variety of cases in her practice of family and matrimonial law throughout the State of New Jersey and the State of New York. She has experience representing clients in resolving and litigating complex, contested family and matrimonial law issues, including but not limited to matters of custody and parenting time, analyzing the appropriate equitable distribution of marital assets, and obtaining proper and necessary child support and spousal support for her clients.
She is a diligent advocate and litigator who provides compassionate yet zealous representation tailored to her client's goals and needs.
