Allison Holzman is an associate with Weinberger Law Group, LLC. Ms. Holzman received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan in 1998 and her Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law in 2001. There, she was a member of the International Law Journal and a peer advisor. Ms. Holzman also spent time during law school volunteering at the Legal Aid Society/Juvenile Rights Division in Manhattan, as well as undergoing an internship with Federal District Judge Alfred J. Lechner, Jr.

Ms. Holzman was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey, as well as to the U.S. District Court of the District of New Jersey in December 2001. She was also admitted to the New York State Bar in 2003. Since her graduation from law school, she has been almost solely dedicated to the practice of family and matrimonial law.

Ms. Holzman is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. From 2003 – 2010, she has been a contributing author on the ICLE publication, the Yudes Family Law Citator, a yearly treatise that is utilized by almost all family and matrimonial attorneys in the State of New Jersey.

In March 2011, Ms. Holzman was recognized as a "New Jersey Super Lawyers - Rising Stars" by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.
