Engages in any other alarming conduct with the purpose to alarm or seriously annoy another person
Terroristic Threats—Any of these actions can result in a terroristic threat charge:

Threatens to commit any crime of violence with the purpose of terrorizing another person

Threatens to kill another person with the purpose of putting them in imminent fear of death
