Gabrielle Nonnenberg-Reid Profile

Gabrielle  Nonnenberg-Reid  is  an  attorney  with  Weinberger  Divorce  &  Family  Law Group’s office in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Ms. Nonnenberg received her Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law (Drexel University). Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Liberal Arts from the Lincoln University of  Pennsylvania.  During  law  school,  Ms.  Nonnenberg  worked  at  the  Community Lawyering Clinic, where she launched an advocacy campaign to reform Pennsylvania’s compassionate  release  statute  or  lack  thereof,  and  assisted  community  members regarding  various  issues,  which  included  unemployment  compensation  appeals  and criminal debt issues.

Following  her  graduation  from  law  school,  Ms.  Nonnenberg  served  as  a  judicial  law clerk  to  the  Honorable  Samuel  J.  Ragonese,  J.S.C.  in  the  Superior  Court  of  New Jersey,  Chancery  Division,  Family  Part,  in  Vicinage  XV  (Gloucester  / Cumberland  / Salem).  Ms.  Nonnenberg  was  the  only  full-time  family  judicial  law clerk  in  Salem County,  so  she  participated  in  various  court  proceedings,  ranging  from  adoptions  to postnuptial motions to Title 9 and 30 hearings. In addition, she drafted final court orders in matrimonial dissolution cases and emergent matters.

After her judicial clerkship, Ms. Nonnenberg has devoted her career to family law, which includes  but  is  not  limited  to  child  custody,  parenting  time, child  support,  mediation, division  of  assets,  postnuptial  agreements,  emancipation,  domestic violence,  and enforcement and modification of prior agreements and court orders.
