Komal S. Ullah is an attorney with Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group. Ms. Ullah graduated from Rutgers School of Law in Newark in 2004. Prior to graduating from law school, she received her Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University where she concentrated her studies on health, mental health, disabilities and domestic violence.

Ms. Ullah is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the New Jersey District Court Bar. Her practice remains exclusively concentrated in matrimonial and family law, with a particular interest related to the elderly and disabled who may require Trusts and/or public benefits. Ms. Ullah is also Collaboratively trained in the area of Family Law to guide clients who prefer to avoid litigation through the non-adversarial collaborative divorce process.

Ms. Ullah has successfully handled all types of family law matters including those with issues specific to the elderly, disabled, and children with special needs, who may require trusts and/or public benefits such as Medicaid. Ms. Ullah has also successfully handled matters involving domestic violence, custody, parenting time, alimony, and equitable distribution of assets.

Ms. Ullah has authored articles on various matrimonial issues and has served as a lecturer for the Union County Bar- Family Law section.

Ms. Ullah is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Union County Bar, the Essex County Bar and the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey.

In 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015, Ms. Ullah has been recognized as a "New Jersey Super Lawyers-Rising Star" by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.
