Joseph (Puya) Nili, Esq.

E-Mail address:

Joseph (Puya) Nili is an attorney at Weinberger Law Group, where his practice is devoted exclusively to divorce and family law in New Jersey. Mr. Nili attended Rutgers University where he majored in political science and double minored in English and philosophy. While attending to his undergraduate education, Mr. Nili was an intern for a prestigious family law attorney in New Brunswick where he discovered his passion for helping people through what may be the most difficult time in their lives.

After graduating from Rutgers, Mr. Nili attended law school at Temple University's Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia where he took advantage of one of the country's most well regarded trial advocacy programs. In his second and third years, he worked as a teacher's assistant for a legal research and writing class, and also as a law clerk for a criminal defense attorney.

Since becoming an attorney, Mr. Nili has dedicated himself to helping families turn the page and start the next chapter in their lives. He is particularly sensitive to issues surrounding domestic violence restraining orders and takes pride in zealously representing both the victims of domestic violence and those who are wrongly accused.
