Erin B. Schneiderman is an associate with Weinberger Law Group, L.L.C. Ms. Schneiderman received her undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University, and her Juris Doctorate from the Wake Forest School of Law. Since her graduation from law school in 2005, she has been solely dedicated to the practice of family and matrimonial law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, and in the United States District Court of New Jersey.

Before entering private practice, Ms. Schneiderman served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas H. Dilts, presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Somerset County.

Ms. Schneiderman is an active participant in the legal community and serves on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyer's Division of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section. She is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Morris County Bar Association and Somerset County Inns of Court.

In 2008, Ms. Schneiderman co-authored the published article "Litigating, Negotiating and Drafting College: a Comprehensive Guide for the New Jersey Family Lawyer." In March 2011, Ms. Schneiderman was recognized as a "New Jersey Super Lawyers - Rising Stars" by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.
