Erin B. Brueche (formerly Erin B. Schneiderman) is an attorney with Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group. She is designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Matrimonial Attorney, a certification which is achieved by only 2% of attorneys in New Jersey.
Ms. Brueche is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and Wake Forest School of Law. Following her graduation from law school in 2005, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas H. Dilts, P.J.F.P., former presiding Judge of the Somerset County Family Part (now retired). Ms. Brueche is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the New Jersey District Court Bar and the State of New York Bar. Since entering private practice, Ms. Brueche has been solely dedicated to the practice of matrimonial and family law where she represents clients in matters related to divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, the division of assets, and all related issues.
Ms. Brueche is an active participant in the legal community. She volunteers as an expert panelist at the Morris County and Warren County family courts in the Early Settlement Programs. She is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section and the Morris County Bar Association.
Ms. Brueche has published several articles and has been quoted in Divorce Magazine. In 2008, Ms. Brueche co-authored the published article "Litigating, Negotiating and Drafting College: a Comprehensive Guide for the New Jersey Family Lawyer." In 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 Ms. Brueche was recognized as a "New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star"* by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.
