• Exit 40 (Parsippany Road)
• At light, make a LEFT
• Take Parsippany Rd. to Route 46
• Make right onto 46 east at the Wendy’s
• Enter first driveway on right
• We are on the 3rd floor in Suite 310

From Route 287 Southbound:

• Take Exit 42 to Route 202 / 46 (near Embassy Suites)
• Turn LEFT on Route 202, then LEFT at next traffic light onto Route 46 East at large intersection.
• You will go under Route 287 overpass.
• Entrance to Waterview Plaza immediately on right just after overpass.
• We are on the 3rd floor- Suite 310

From Route 80 Eastbound:

• Exit 42 (for Morris Plains/Parsippany)
• Follow signs for Route 202 North.
• Proceed STRAIGHT at light on Littleton Road
• Go under Route 287 overpass – make next LEFT onto Littleton Road Extension (Parsippany Firehouse on corner)
• Entrance to Waterview Plaza on left, right before Sunoco Station.
• We are on the 3rd floor- Suite 310

From Route 80 Westbound:

• Exit 43 (for Route 287 – Boonton/Morristown and Route 46)
• Take the Route 46 leg of the exit and follow to Smith Road exit.
• At stop sign, go LEFT onto Littleton Road and make a quick RIGHT onto Littleton Road Extension (Parsippany Firehouse on Corner)
• Entrance to Waterview Plaza on left, right before Sunoco Station.
• We are on the 3rd floor- Suite 310

From Route 280 Westbound:

• Follow signs for Routes 287, 46 and Smith Road (Stay right)
• Take Exit 43 (Routes 287 Boonton/Morristown and Route 46)
• Follow signs to Smith Road exit.
• At stop sign, go LEFT onto Littleton Road and make a quick RIGHT onto Littleton Road Extension (Parsippany Firehouse on Corner)
• Entrance to Waterview Plaza on left, right before Sunoco Station.
• We are on the 3rd floor- Suite 310

From Routes 78 and Route 24:

• Take Route 78 West to Route 24 West (Route 78 West splits off to the right into Route 24 West)
• Take Route 24 West to Route 287 North
• Take the Route 46 / Route 80 East exit and bear right at the exit…towards Route 46.
• At the light make a left onto Smith Road.
• At the light, make another left onto Littleton Road.
• Make the 1st right onto Littleton Road East. (Fire station is on the corner), the 4th driveway on the left is “Waterview Plaza”.
• We are on the 3rd floor in suite 310.

From Routes 10 East and West:

• Take Route 10 to Route 287 North
• Take the Route 46/ Route 80 East exit
• Bear right at the exit…towards Route 46.
• At the light make a left turn onto Smith Road.
• At the light, make another left onto Littleton Road.
• Make the 1st right onto Littleton Road East (fire station is on the corner), the 4th driveway on the left is “Waterview Plaza”.

From Garden State Parkway North:

• Exit 145 to Rt. 280 West
• Follow signs for Route 287, 46 and Smith Road (Stay right)
• Take Exit 43 (Route 287 Boonton/Morristown and Rt. 46)
• Follow signs to Smith Road exit.

• Exit 13A Newark Airport

• Make right onto 46 east at the Wendy’s

From Newark Airport:

• Route 78 West to Route 24 West to Route 287 North – Continue with above directions from Route 287 Northbound – Total travel time - approximately 30 minutes.
