It is widely recognized that choosing a family law and divorce attorney is a difficult decision.
That is why the State of New Jersey (NJ) has made it easier for you by Certifying only 2% of attorneys in the State who have met the highest level of standards through rigorous testing and qualification mandates. When you retain a matrimonial lawyer, you can be certain that a Certified Matrimonial Lawyer has already been scrutinized by the State of New Jersey. Our partner, Bari Zell Weinberger, is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Attorney. In addition to her Certification, Bari is the Associate Author for the NJ Family Law Practice Series, which is a 5-volume treatise on all Family Law related matters and issues and is used by virtually every family law attorney and judge in the State of New Jersey as a reference manual. Amy Kriegsman is not only licensed in the State of New Jersey, but she is also a member of the New York State Bar. Ms. Kriegsman has a strong compassion for taking care of her clients, their children, their extended families and all issues encompassed in family law. Additionally, she has recently authored an informative article entitled "Do Grandparents Have Rights?". Like Amy, Robert J. Kane is licensed in both New Jersey and New York. Mr. Kane is also a court approved mediator and has over 12 years of matrimonial law experience. As a former elementary school teacher, Laura Ruvolo Lipp is passionate about focusing every divorce case on the best interests of the children involved.
We are dedicated to keeping you informed about all aspects of your matter.
We have built long-standing, trusted relationships with our clients that last well past the time that our legal services have ended and we value the confidence our clients have placed with us. In fact, our clients are our best source of referrals, which is a powerful acknowledgement of the high quality of services we provide.
