Dianna C. Cavaliere received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1999. While attending law school Ms. Cavaliere was chosen to be a member of the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice where she provided legal aid services in the areas of matrimonial and family law to local Newark, New Jersey residents. After Ms. Cavaliere's graduation from law school she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Passero, J.S.C., Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County. Prior to attending law school Ms. Cavaliere received her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science, in Business Administration from Montclair State University in 1996.

Ms. Cavaliere has successfully handled a variety of cases in her practice of family and matrimonial law over the last decade. Ms. Cavaliere has experience with all facets of family law litigation, including contested issues of custody, parenting time, child support, alimony and equitable distribution of assets. Ms. Cavaliere is also a certified divorce mediator and has provided mediation services to clients who have chosen to work collaboratively on resolving their family and matrimonial issues.

 

Since 2006, Ms. Cavaliere has volunteered her time to serve as a panelist in the Early Settlement Panel Program in the Essex County Family Court.

 

In March 2010 Ms. Cavaliere was recognized as a "New Jersey Super Lawyers - Rising Star".
